She trains two to three times a week with her coach Tek at Fortune Boxing, a discipline that has become integral to her routine. Before launching Nouveau, Frankie spent nearly a decade as the leader of a regenerative medicine company and operated several anti-aging clinics. That realization fueled her desire to do things differently.
